Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Prepare Your Items

Ensure the footwear is in its original condition:

  • Unworn and free from any signs of use
  • Original packaging intact
  • All tags and labels attached
  • Include the original invoice or packing slip

3 Package and Ship

Securely package the items and ship to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4 Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

Seasonal Note: While all our footwear collections (including Boots, Clogs, Fall/Winter collections, Flats, Loafers & Ballerinas, Mules, Pumps, Sandals, and Sneakers) are generally eligible for returns, please ensure they meet our return condition requirements.
