Ensure your footwear meets our return condition requirements:

  • Original packaging intact and undamaged
  • All tags, labels, and accessories attached
  • Include the original invoice or packing slip

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the items and ship to our returns address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely.

Refund Information
